Refund Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
RenoAlly sells one-time access to digital renovation-document analysis. Processing begins after payment is confirmed, so refund eligibility depends on whether analysis has started and whether a usable result was delivered.
Before analysis begins
If you request cancellation before RenoAlly begins processing your documents, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.
Technical failure or non-delivery
If RenoAlly cannot deliver a usable analysis because of a service failure, we will first try to correct or rerun the analysis. If we cannot provide a usable result within three business days after you notify us, you may request a full refund.
After analysis is delivered
Because the service is digital and processing costs are incurred when analysis begins, purchases are generally final after a usable analysis is delivered. If you believe the delivered service has a material technical defect or does not include the purchased quote count, contact us within seven days of delivery. Depending on the issue, we may correct or rerun the analysis or issue a partial or full refund.
A disagreement with an informational finding, a contractor's response, a project outcome, or an expectation that RenoAlly would provide professional advice or guarantee pricing is not by itself a service failure.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly about a duplicate or unauthorized charge. We may request information needed to verify the transaction. Nothing in this policy limits rights available through your payment provider or law.
Discount and trial codes
Refunds cannot exceed the amount actually paid. Free access, trial codes, promotional credits, and unused discount value have no cash value unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@renoally.com from the address used for checkout. Include the purchase date, receipt or project reference if available, and a short explanation. Do not email your renovation documents or payment-card information.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time after we issue a refund is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
Non-waivable rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
