How RenoAlly works
Start with the quote you already have. RenoAlly helps you understand the details and prepare for your next contractor conversation.
1. Upload your quote PDFs
Upload one contractor quote or contract for analysis, or up to three to compare. You can start with one PDF; there is no project questionnaire before upload.
Text-based PDFs and clear English-language scanned PDFs are supported. If your quote is an email, photo, or webpage, save it as a PDF first.
2. Review your order and pay
$79 once includes up to three quotes in one Project Workspace. A fourth or fifth quote is optional at $15 each. Review your files, email, and total before paying. You can apply an eligible discount or trial code with your order.
No account setup is needed before paid checkout. After payment, verify your checkout email to access the workspace. A matching account that is already signed in can connect automatically. A code that makes the order free requires verified sign-in before redemption.
3. Read your report and ask follow-up questions
After payment and document verification, RenoAlly analyzes scope, allowances, exclusions, responsibilities, and contract readiness. Your private report links findings to your documents and gives you specific questions for your contractor. With multiple quotes, you can compare documented differences side by side.
Once the report is ready, included AI follow-up discussion helps you work through the details in your workspace. The public Example Project Workspace shows fictional reports and a scripted discussion sample.
